Do you support every subscription I might have?
We have integrated billing and management for 200+ marketplace partner subscriptions. For services outside our marketplace, our cancellation concierge handles cancellations and our spending dashboard tracks via bank- and card-statement integration. Most users have a mix; that works fine.
How does the family hub work?
One billing relationship; up to six individual user profiles; per-user spending visibility and per-user limits where relevant. Useful for families coordinating shared streaming, cloud storage, and productivity subscriptions across multiple people without losing per-user accountability.
Can I cancel my Aquarias membership?
Yes. One click, no friction, no retention call. We refund pro-rata for the unused portion of an annual pass. We're explicit about this because the category is full of services that don't behave this way; we don't think that should be unusual.
